✦ A non-refundable deposit of £20 per person will be required to fully confirm the table. If any guest cancels at any time or does not attend, that individual’s deposit is forfeited.
✦ For groups of 8ppl or over food selections must be pre-ordered.
✦ Your two hours bottomless drink package will start at your reservation time.
✦ Drinks package cannot be swapped once started.
✦ Brunch menu cannot be mixed with A la carte menu.
✦ All tables are limited till 4pm.
✦ A compulsory service charge of 12.5% will be added to the bill.
✦ Groups of 12 guests or more may be split across two tables back-to-back in the same area of the restaurant.
✦ Requested table or area cannot be guaranteed unless private dining bookings.
✦ We operate a Challenge 18 policy. If you look under 18, you will be asked to show proof of age. Only original, physical photo ID is accepted (passport, driving licence, or PASS-approved card). We cannot accept photos, photocopies, or digital versions.
✦ Filming and photography may take place at SORTIE to be used for our social media content. By entering, you consent to being recorded.
✦ Management do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage, or for drinks spilled on other guests by customers.
