Reservation Terms & Conditions
1. Deposits
Saturdays after 4pm: A deposit of £10 per person is required to secure the table.
Saturdays before 4pm: A non-refundable deposit of £20 per person is required. If any guest is unable to attend, their deposit will be forfeited.
Fridays from 6pm onwards: A deposit of £10 per person is required.
Groups of 5 guests or more (any day): A deposit of £10 per person is required.
Deposit deadlines:
Fridays & Saturdays – at least 1 week in advance
Sundays – Thursdays – at least 2 days prior to the booking
2. Duration of Bookings
Fridays & Saturdays before 7:45pm: Tables are allocated for a maximum of 2 hours.
Sundays and Special Days: All reservations are limited to 2 hours.
3. Attendance Confirmation
Reservations without a deposit must be confirmed by 2pm on the day of the booking or at least one day in advance. Unconfirmed bookings will be released.
4. Service Charge
A 12.5% compulsory service charge applies to all brunch bookings and to groups of 7 guests or more.
A discretionary 12.5% service charge may be added to smaller groups of 6 guests or fewer (Vivica brunch not included).
5. Age Restrictions
Fridays & Saturdays after 8pm: Minimum age 6 years and above.
Saturdays before 4pm: Minimum age 15 years and above, excluding private room bookings.
6. Cancellations
Parties under 10 guests: Minimum 48 hours’ notice required.
Parties of 10–14 guests: Minimum 72 hours’ notice required.
Parties of 15 or more / Private function rooms: Minimum 2 weeks’ notice required.
Failure to cancel within the notice period will result in the deposit being retained.

Guests are kindly asked to contact the restaurant if running late.
